I can't seem to get a preview of Brother Wire Labels. Have Brother PT-9500PC printer and print drivers installed. Select Brother Wire Label Printer report and a form appears where I can select Label Template, add Custom Message and filter data but nothing appears in the Preview frame and the Printer icon remains greyed out. My project contains wires with ID's and Headend assigned. Any sugestions?

I think it's a case where the no wires have been connected to equipment items.

Unless a connection has been made between a wire and a component (via a schematic drawing - Visio or AutoCAD), the wire is not reported against via the Brother Wire Label Printer or other wire reports.
