Default Removing File Association

I have an autocad file (where I just store some general blocks) which at some point became associated with a project in d-tools. It doesn't show on the drop down menu's for the project, but each time I open it it says it's associated with it, and the only option is to associate it with a different d-tools project. Anyone know how to remove the association?

Are you opening the file from the AutoCAD Open Dialog Box?
Is this the same instance of AutoCAD that you previously opened D-Tools project CAD file? Try closing D-Tools and opening the file.

So I'm pretty sure this is how it works...

After opening a D-Tools AutoCAD file and closing the file but not AutoCAD, the D-Tools AutoCAD "application" is still running in AutoCAD. Any file you open will give a message:

It makes no difference if the file is associated with D-Tools or not. Just click OK and ignore the message.
