Hi,

To get Labor costs to appear you need to add a resource and the resource must have a cost (type a cost in the cost column when assigning resource). Click Details tab on the Service Order and Assign a resource. For each resource assign a cost. The Estimate Cost is the resource cost/hr * Estiamted Hrs and Actual Cost = resource cost/hr * Actual Hrs.

To read more on this click here on the support wikiblog and go down to the service order area.
