Updating Expiration Date
I received my copy of D-Tools today. Cleared my afternoon calendar to begin aquainting myself. Completed install and found the expiration date to be January 12, 2009. Contacted support and left a voice mail. I am supposedly on Gold Level Support. Now it is four hours later and 5 voice mails later but I have not heard back. Sent an email and received a reply to verify registration to correct the problem. I had already done this but did it again - no changes. Emailed back and sit here waiting. Thought this would be an easy issue to fix - but that was before I discovered support is unavailable. I have been at this for about four hours and thought maybe someone on the forum might be able to give a suggestion. So - any ideas??
