Product & Client Descriptions - Having issue with syncing between users - D-Tools Forum

Hi All -

Question, we have about 11k products in the db and are in the process of slimming down the product & client descriptions of products to benefit some of the overall flow of some custom reports.

My issue: I have updated a couple dozen product & client descriptions, then lansynced, had my 2 other engineers lan sync a few moments later and noticed that ALL of my description updates had not been modified on the other users pc's.

Were the products already in your project you are generating the report from prior to updating the descriptions? If so you will need to update those products from the master table.
