Admins Need to be able to Validate 0$ Items
D-Tools warns you when you insert $0 items (unless you have the warning turned off). What is really needed is a way for an admin to "validate" that items are priced correctly even if they are at $0. There are many items that SHOULD be priced at $0, for instance cable boxes. No need to receive a warning or pay attention to $0 pricing on those.
On the other hand I do want to catch it if it's on some other items.
This could also be handled by only issuing the warning on unapproved data. If an item is approved, IMO it should mean that it was validated.
