Default Questions About Prompts

When using EZ Match two of the screens that appear are about product matches. The first one makes perfect sense. However the second one is for "close product matches". That one makes enough sense, except for what happens if I decide that I want to download the products that are "close matches". Then I see the pop-up in the attached image. Why?

It looks like it is saying that it is going to overwrite the "close product". But I don't want it to overwrite the close product, I just want it to download as it is and leave the "close product" alone. In this instance for example, the "close product" was not the same, and it was also one single product that was the "close product" for *3* different skus. So why would 3 different skus see it as close and try to over write it? Hopefully that all make sense.

Also, when I use Direct Download to download a manufacturer and in the middle of the download it tells me that there is a category that is not in the database, what happens if I click cancel instead of OK? Does it cancel the entire download? If I click yet it makes me assign 3 letters to a new category. It would be nice if instead when we click yes we were given the ability at that point to assign the category to an existing category. Because it usually happens when for some weird reason the download contains some totally unnecessary category dedicated to a manufacturer. No need whatsoever to have a RadioRa category for Lutron or a Prodigy category for Crestron when those are product lines, not categories.

Thanks
