Default Lan Sync copy files from server issue

I am getting a message when LanSync'ing on my PC about copying a "~$$Wire and Cable.~vss". This message comes up every time regardless of whether or not I copy the file. I have looked on the server visualizations and local visualizations and do not see any files labeled with this name. Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this?

Hi,

From the dialog it looks like the code thinks the file exists on the server product folder\Visualizations\Stencils.

Does anyone happen to have the "Wire and Cable.vss" open from the server product folder - sometimes Visio makes a temp file when a stencil is open and being edited for auto recovery.

Also check the hidden files on this folder in server to see if you can spot it.

didn't find any hidden files, opened up the stencil, saved it, then closed it. Seems to have fixed the issue.
