Question LANsync Hangs

Ok, I've been banging my head here trying to figure this one out, whenever I try to push our local db up to SQL, the LANSync will just hang and no records are transferred. Yesterday/Today I was able to “Copy Project Details”, but that process took ALL night to accomplish. Is anyone else having this issue?

SI 5.5 sp2 running on Win7x64

Thanks

Dlee,

Can you send us a screen shot of the place where it is very slow? Can you check in and check out large projects at normal speeds? Also is your server on a VPN or on the local network?

Thank you for responding. SQL resides on my local system along with DT within a LAN and I can check projects in/out without issues. I was trying to trace threads to figure out what process is hanging and it appears to be the MMPD.exe, but I'm not sure why???

Here's a couple of screen shot of the issue?

Thanks for the help.

It looks like our code cannot connect with our SQL database. It could be blocked via a firewall. Check to see what exceptions you need to make to here - Firewall Settings - D-Tools Documentation Wiki
