Default Where did my product go

I just did a sync product data and it removed all my product. Now I am currently in the process of downloading all new product from the product tree, Does this mean I will no longer have my packages and product pricing? Did I lose all my pricing for product too?

The first time you sync it will ask you to copy your full server database down to local. As part of this prompt it will prompt you to backup your local database - I hope you took a backup of the local database.

If you took a backup you can restore this backup by starting MMPD (Tools | Manage My Proudct Data in Navigator) and going to Administration | Database | Restore.

If you restore your backup make sure to upload your database to server completely first. Go to MMPD | Administration | LANSync and do a "Copy Up To Server" - this will upload the correct database to server and sync to other users.
