Lost Product images during upgrade - D-Tools Forum

Spent the weekend moving to Windows 7 I upgraded my server to 5.5 SP1 and then installed 5.5 SP1 in W7. So far all looks good but I lost all my product images. I see them in the server so they're still available just not synching. Thoughts...

Can you try doing a "Copy Down to Local" using MMPD. This will copy the complete server database to local and should sync images as well.
Note: Any changes on local database not synced to server will however be lost. So make sure to sync first.

So tried that and I got all kinds of error messages about duplicate entries. After clicking "copy down to local" it asked if i wanted to back up my local database(I did). Then it loaded but at the end gave me the error message.
