I assume you have a valid internet connection. If not you may get this error thought it should report you have no valid internet connection.

Can you let me know your Regional Settings ("Regional and Language Options" in Control Panel) as shown below.

Many thanks for your replay.

Reg is set to Hebrew/Israel
Didn't have any problem since upraded to ver5.5 (2 month ago).

Last thing I've done is working offline, changed some manufacturer device details and prices.
Coming back to the office I went online again and synced to our sever.

I've tried also to copy entire db from server to local & local to server but no luck.

I believe there is a problem with one of my local XML file.

Some more info...

1. This error is related to MMPD Download TAB (Initial Only).
After clicking OK on the message window the list of manufacturers in download page is empty.
2. It is not client related since all clients have the same error when trying to use the Download TAB.
3. It looks like a conflict between our server and the D-Tools server.
4. In order to check the connectivity between our server and the D-tools server I've tried to re-register (Server Admin Utility) and got the same error on step 2.
5. Internet connection works fine.

Please advice since we can not download/update our product db from D-Tools server.

TIA
