We are using D-Tools ver 5.2.31 and I have a novice question about the exception list in MMPD. From the Manage My Product Data toolbar, click on "View" then "Administration" then "Formatting", the Exception list will allow you to add words that will not be affected by the normal formatting rules. When I try to add "of" and "or", they are entered in upper case, and I cannot get them to be lower case no matter what key combination I try. My caps lock is truly off, but still it enters my exception in only upper case.

Can anyone help me with this??
