Short cut to change a group of products to Unapproved - D-Tools Forum

I have an existing data base and would like to be able to select all of the product records for a single manufacturer and change their status from Approved to Unapproved in one step. Is this possible? Thanks

For some reason I never saw the option 'Status' in the product grid field chooser before, I was always looking for 'Approved' I guess.

The column "status" in the MMPD product grid should allow you to edit this value. It's not visible by default so you might have to make it so by clicking the "Add and Remove Colums, Group" and checking "status".
From there, filter by mfg, select all, and change the status to unapproved.
