While working with a project within Visio, when I select cable to drop it into Visio the dialog box comes up to select the Head-end, wire length, etc. I change the “Component ID” to another number and click OK. When I get into the DataMatrix the component ID did not change. If I edit the cable component ID within the “DataMatrix” it saves it. Is there something I am doing wrong or is there a bug?.
