Couple of questions

What is the easiest way to delete items in MMPD. THe reason I ask is I just entered a product for Chief and when I went to save it I got a message stating that the product was already in database. I could not find it anywhere and when to Administration and notice that I had a Chief and Chief Mfg. under manufacturers, but in my product data list nothing for Chief Mfg., it was not even listed. SO I deleted it from the Admin tab and I still get the same message, that the product already exist.

Any help appreciated.

On the Admin tab if you delete a Manufacturer or a Category it will ALL products assigned to that Manufacturer or Category.

If you wish to delete a single product go to Product Explorer or Product Grid and find the products and right click and select Delete.

The duplicate item is probably unapproved or discontinued in your database.

Set you MMPD to show unapproved and discontinued items and you will find this product.

It does not show up if I select unapproved and discontinued. Any other thoughts.
