Hope to see some changes soon. I keep looking and crossing my fingers.
Honestly I am not sure how we are that out of touch with Denon, but that is toward the top of the list to be done so maybe, just maybe, it will be done by the end of the year. No promises, but we shall see. Thanks for understanding and we ARE working on it.

I don't see why you have to raise your prices since we are paying a good amount of money for this data in the first place. For us to have to request adding a new model is okay if your database was mostly up to date, but filling out a request for just about everything we need just does not cut it.

If I knew how much manual data retrevial was going to be involved, I would have not have subscribed to the service and spent the money on NetZoom.

Default Data Subscription still an issue after all these years...

Interesting how there has not been much (any) progress made in this area in the last 3 years. Disappointing to say the least......

I agree - the amount of money we're paying per month for the regular subscription to D-Tools (not even the product / data subscription) is upsetting to see how TERRIBLE this is! It's a major weak area for D-Tools and they certainly need to bring on staff to support it - or stop charging for it!

Oh thank God---thanks for posting on this, shawn--I was beginning to think I was the only one out there that had a problem with this!! Completely agree with you. I have been requesting the new Sony LCD models for over a month now-even sent cut sheets for ALL new models and there have been nothing but issues w/this. sad and frustrating....

This is exactly why we started our Data Subscription service. We understand that most dealers do not have the staff, time or desire to maintain a database and continuiously enter and update data.

We also understand that when you need something in your database you can not wait months for that data. All of our Data Subscription packages include a 4 hour maximum turnaround for data that is requested that is not part of our database - thats 4 hours not 4 months.

Our Data Subscription also has plans that includes pricing - not just MSRP, but also Unit Cost and Unit Price.

For more info check out our website @ k2 - D-Tools Data

Take a look - if you would like to see some sample data, just send me an email.
