Default Inputs and Outputs

When editing the ins and outs of a product, I noticed that entering text in the fields seems to be broken. (i.e. when i press the backspace or delete keys nothing happens, when correcting text it seems to type over what is already in the field). This makes for some interestingly named fields. I have SI5 service pack one.
