Default Back Up Product Data?

I could have sworn in the past versions there was a button to back up your manufacturers data, I could be wrong. But how can I do it if I wanted too?

See "Database: Backup and Restore" in the Index of the User Guide. Should be around page 382.

actually there is no 382 in my book? I have 4.6 but it was updated from 4. I see data on the menus and edit but no backup... Like I mentioned I thought there was an option to back up but I dont see it,
