Default Sending Estimate to QB Error

I have a proposal that I am trying to send to QB. When I am creating the Estimate, I am 'assigning' the product to my accounts and I get an error stating that the "element is already in use".(See attached). I checked QB & the product is already there with accounts assigned and the item in the item in DT's project has the correct item number matching the one in QB. So I don't even know why it's prompting me to assign accounts since it was already done. This isn't the only time this has happened either. If anyone can help I would appreciate it, thank!

We have experienced the same problem.

When it occurs (seemingly random) after three attempts (consistently) the items make the trip and all is well.

No answers from above, just know you are not alone...

I guess I will try to do that next time. Something I just found is when I get the error, I cancel the product assignments and in the estimate screen, find the item with the error and under the Item column, select the product you wish to associate it with. (see attachment). And it seems to work that way. These are just work arounds, not a sulution. If anyone else knows, please help. Thanks.

I got this a while back as well.

This message is trying to tell you that it can't create the item in QuickBooks because it already exists in your QuickBooks Item List. If you don't see it in the Item List make sure it isn't marked as "Inactive". If it is then just make it Active and you are on your way. Once you can verify that the Item shows in your Active list then just choose the item from the "Item Number" drop down like you did in the previous post. Now you should be able to transfer the Invoice\Estimate without any problems.
