Hi,

I recently started using quicklinks to create new QB items for the items I have created in d-Tools.

The problem I am encountering is that the created QB items only have a "Description on Sales Transaction". They have no "Description on Purchase Transaction". So when I place one of these items on a PO, the description is totally blank.

I doubt that all d-Tools users are sending out PO's without descriptions, so I must be overlooking something. Probably something very obvious I bet.

I can copy and paste the descriptions on each QB item, but that is pretty tedious with the # of items I have.

Any insight would be appreciated...

In MMPD if you Edit Product
1. "Product Description" maps to "Description on Purchase Transactions" for inventory items in QuickBooks.

2. "Client Description" maps to "Description on Sales Transactions" for inventory items in QuickBooks.

So when creating Items in QuickBooks make sure you have a product description entered in MMPD.
