Just started using Quick Links but, on first project, parts are missing from the QB estimate and pricing is incorrect. Not sure where the pricing is coming from as the pricing (Sales Price) is correct in the DT Sales Order and in the QB Items. But the number that shows up in the estimate is wrong and I've no idea where it's coming from.

Looks like 2 issues -
1. Not all part on Sales Order transfer to QB Estimate
2. Pricing variation betwen Sales Order and QB Estimate

On #1 all products on Sales Order should transfer to QB Estimate. When creating the QB Estimate in QuickLinks I assume all products on Sales Order appeared in the "Add Item to Estimate" dialog and you were able to select them to add to Estimate? If any products were greyed out in the "Add Items to Estimate" dialog that means that these products were on your sales order but not in your local mastertable database. To add products to a QB Estimate in QuickLinks the products must exist in your local MasterTable database (MMPD). Can you check this?

On #2 Pricing variance QuickLinks should transfer pricing correctly. Only difference can occur due to tax differences. Let us say your product in DTools has a tax percentage of 3% and when exporting Estimate you choose a QB Sales Tax Code which is 5% this can cause some overall price difference. Otherwise each product unit price should transfer correctly. Try testing with a smaller test project and see if it works.
