Default Link Tools or Quick Links is crashing D-tools when selected

I'm using link tools for the first time and it's crashing when I select quick links in the tool menu. This is the error

I'm moving this to the right section, this error means that the QuickLinks module is not installed. Go to START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and find System Integrator 5, click on it to highlight it and then click on the "Change" button, click next and then click "MODIFY."

You should see a rex X next to Quicklinks/Linktools. Click on it and choose to install the option, follow the prompts until it finishes. Now restart your system and try QuickLinks again.
