Default email invoices to customers

I am having trouble emailing my customers their invoices . I have windows vista and I just updated my norton anti-virus. Would either or both of these cause the system to not work? The last time the email worked was on 11/15, and that was before I updated my norton anti-virus.

I would start by disabling Norton completely, I would then try the email function to see if it works with Norton disabled. Troubleshooting is nothing more than going backwards from the most recent changes that may have affected your software settings

if that still doesn't work, I would try running a repair on D-Tools (Start > All Programs > D-Tools > Install Utility > Desktop Components, Repair).
