Angry Quickbooks permission problems

After installing SI 5.2 and making sure Quicklinks was added I have found a problem with the integration with Quickbooks. When trying to "push" an estimate to Quickbooks a message pops up asking to make sure the company is open in Quickbooks. I have checked and rechecked all of the installation procedures and found that D-tools is not populated in the permissions listing in the Integration Applications page in Quickbooks. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I know that permission needs to be given to D-tools in order for Quicklinks to work but I can't figure out why it isn't even showing up in the persmission listing. Is there a box that needs to be checked in order to allow D-tools to ask for permission? Sounds ridiculous but that seems to be the problem.

Do you have Quickbooks open while trying to do this? Is it a multiuser version?

I do have Quickbooks open when I try to use quicklinks. I had to change to single user because it was the first time configuring the link between the two.

I would suggest you give us a call in support, we could quickly fix this for you.

Make sure that during the initial installation you are in as an admin and in single user mode.
