Default AutoCAD Layer Control

I would like to see more advanced layer control for AutoCAD use.

Similar to the posting about "color lines in schematics" I would prefer to assign layers to specific blocks, categories, types, and/or locations (by floor).

Layer and "View" management are some of AutoCAD's most powerful features. We need to embrace the true power of AutoCAD or it will feel like a system that is held together with duct tape. You'll continue to use it but always worry that the next command will tear the tape and the whole thing will start to come apart.

I will be happy to provide additional feedback on this topic and any other CAD related D-Tools features.

Default

SI5.5 now allows user to have control on layer and color on any Dynami Block and regural block, eve if the block is link or not to the System Integrator (D-Tools).
