I have noticed something, with the LanSync: It doesn't utilize my gigabit connection optimally. I just did a copy down to the server, and now I'm LanSync'ing and watching the network activity. It it using 0% to 0.09% of the available network.
In contrast, is I copied a large file (over 200MB) over the same network to another server, it it reached well beyond 20% of the network availability.
Yes, Windows 2000/XP has a built in bandwidth limiter (QoS), but that's defaulted at 20%, and I have it moved to 30%.
This just seems wrong. D-Tools LanSync is the only application I've seen this in.
Is this purposeful? Is there anythign I can do to improve the performance?
