Default Server Service Starts then Stops

This is a continuation of a an issue which has been posted under the General Section which Support have been unable to resolve.

The issue here is the DTools Server Service has Stopped and when we try and Start it it, it Stops preventing us to log in on Clients.

However, I'm aware this is normally to do with the DToolsCache.xml file but in this instance we don't have the file anywhere on the Server (other than a copy in a back up folder.)

We need to get LanSync working to enable us to Check In our Projects to enable a fresh start on our Cleints.

Can someone help with this before we... give up.

Have you contacted support yet via email or phone? If this has been resolved already, ignore the rest of my response.

If you go to START > CONTROL PANEL > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Application right after you try to start the service, what error message does it give you? Look at all the ones marked ERROR in red and see what they say. Feel free to post screen shots or copy the text here. Thanks!
