Issues Ramping up d-tools
We had a couple of different versions of d-tools over the years but never really ramped it up and put it to use; despite having paid for the software assurance the whole time. So we purchased SI 4.5 with Lansync and Business Manager and I removed all the old programs from the server and a local machine. When I went to reinstall the Lansync module on the server, it went way to fast, did not give me a choice as to which drive to place it, did not prompt me to reboot and is no where to be found even though it staes it was installed sucessfully. The only place I can see it is under add/remove programs - but it gives a size of 0.0MB! I tried the repair option and restarted the server to no avail. I've never seen this before in any type of software.
Also, when attempting to register d-tools it states we have don't have a license for it even though I just paid for it. When I check available licenses it states one for Pro and one for Business Manager. However it still states that I may not register SI.
The attached is the error I received upon attempting to configure Landsync from a workstation.
