Dustin -

You need to go into the Programs and Features section in Windows Control Panel - Select System Integrator 5.5 and then select Repair from the top menu bar. When the dialog box opens select Next and then click on the Modify option. You will see options of the install where you just need to click on Visio Add-On and select Will be installed on Local hard drive.

I've got the same problem. And there is no Visio Add-On to select. The AutoCAD Add-On is there but I don't have AutoCAD installed.

Where can I get the Visio Add-On?

That is not a separate item to install, it is part of the main installation.

First question is what type of license do you have? You need a license of Pro for Visio functionality.

If you are sure that your license is a Pro license then you will need to do a un-install and then reinstall

This issue has been resolved. For me anyways.

Turns out, on a 64-bit system, Visio has to be installed in the 'Program Files (x86)' directory. This was not the case for me.

Thanks to Tyler from D-Tools for the help!!!
