Canadian HST - D-Tools Forum

On July 1st two Canadian provinces are switching over to the HST tax, which for all intents and purposes is a VAT tax (same single tax paid on all our purchases and collected on all sales.) Since the "Canadian" tax setup in D-Tools will no longer be valid ( and we really should be changing it on bids now) what setup configuration does D-Tools recommend?
