Is this procedure documented anywhere? I read the install manual and nothing is said about transferring licenses and how to handle project file and program setting migration from one machine to another.

Anyone have any ideas on the easiest way to do this?

Please clarify what you mean by "standalone" since I know you operate in a multi-user environment. Are you saying that this is a machine that runs client and server and has no relationship with any other machines or licenses?

We are no longer a multi user environment. Single user on single machine with local database and files.
