Exclamation I need our CD Key reset

I screwed up, I uninstalled 5.5 server with windows remove programs and it didn't release the CD Key. I couldn't use the install wizard as it was showing 5.5 server as not installed even though it was. The license is for Fusion9 Design customer ID 52007. It's a long story but I needed to reinstall 5.5 server and now I can't. Could one of the of you please reset our key.

Thanks,
Robert Suryan

Robert I have released your CD Key. If you are using the SI5.5 Server installer you actually don't have release the keys anymore, you will be prompted to do so during registration. In the future I would recommend creating a case directly to support as the forums are not regularly monitored by support and can delay a response. To create a support case use this link - D-Tools Inc. - Submit an Issue

It can be accessed through www.d-tools.com > Support > Submit a ticket. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!
