Just wondering , I have set the Misc Parts to ZERO however on some products I am getting a percentage for Misc Parts being added and can't find anywhere to get rid of it.
Not sure if I should have posted in the bugs section, as it may be my setup that is wrong.
The Phase can have its own Misc Parts which overrides the project Misc Parts for products in that phase. In D-Tools | Options check the Misc Parts on each Phase (check in the Override project defaults for this phase area).
To make sure you do not get the Misc Parts in a phase for new projects you can change this setting in the Setup tab of Navigator.
