Default Startup error after fresh install.

I finished installing D-Tools after buying a second seat and when I start the program up I receive the following error:

Are you running any custom Windows Theme? Try switching to Windows Classic and give it another go. If that doesn't work try running a repair by clicking on Start > All Programs > D-Tools > Install Utility. On the Install Utility windows you will see a Repair option under the Desktop. Run it and then restart your machine and try again.
