You can create custom reports using the Report Designer with the different company info. So when you run a proposal/project for each company, just use the corresponding custom reports.
In custom reports you can omit the company name option, and just add a static option to show up in the reports.
UPDATE: There is a new feature in 5.5 that allows for the setup information to remain local or 'do not sync company information'. This will allow you to setup workstations with different address and contact information.
Go to the setup tab - there is a new check box right below the company information portion. See attached screen shot.
Forgive me, Ryan. But this check box allows to have different workstations with each own company name and logo. But it remains the same for all the projects on the same PC. Am I right?

Yes that's right. I'm guessing your main reason for having 2 addresses is so that your proposal reports will be presented with information from both of these companies. The most seamless way to achieve this if using 1 computer is probably to create custom proposal reports; one for each company - this way you can just print a report for the appropriate company.
