I can't edit Company info or phases in setup. I also can't select copy up to server. I have checked my permissions and I do not have any of the restrict permissions selected. I did not intially setup the info but I need to edit it. Any ideas?

Try clicking on the 'Edit' button in the upper left corner directly above the Application Settings tab. Everything remains greyed out until you have clicked that button, then you will be able to save any changes you make.
