Citrix - DTOOLS SI5/LanSync - D-Tools Forum

Good afternoon all!

I just installed DTOOLS SI5/LanSync on a Windows 2003 Citrix server. I'm having license issues and I really need some help as DTOOLS support doesn't support a Terminal Server environment. I currently have four licenses.

(1) SI5 Professional
(2) SI5 Standard
(1) Si5 Business Manager

I have multiple users all assigned to their own license. Multiple users can login successfully ONE time using their assigned license. If one user logs off their license is successfully released. If the same user launches DTOOLS a second time they are never asked for credentials and the application automatically logs them in as one of the other users that are already logged in. This is not GOOD! Does anybody have any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I figured out how to install System Integrator 5 successfully in a Citrix Environment...it works great too...

1. Install LanSync Server components on a separate server than System Integrator 5

2. Installed System Integrator 5 in a Citrix ISOLATED environment...the isolated environment is the ticket to success and it works perfect...I have a document with full screen shots on how to configure this environment, I will post shortly.

Can you send this to me? This may make it even eaiser to purchase d-tools? The Citrix Document to setup d-tools in a citrix enviroment?
