Lost the connection with Visio, found a thread on this forum that reinstalling SI5 would solve the problem, so i did...

Ive now tried to reinstall the software a coulple of times with the same error every time when launhing SI5

I Get a popup window: D-tools error reporting

and this is the error report, I have a Swedish XP installation so there is some swedish words in it.

Solution:

Symtoms:

When opening SI5, you receive error message " There is an error in XML document (4942, 15)."


Cause:


ReportData.XML file corupted and needs to be deleted.

Resolution:


Follow the following path C:/Documents and Settings/Username/Application Data/D-Tools/SI5/Reports/ReportData.XML and delete the ReportData.XML file. You can launch D-tools without receiving the error.
