Default Moving Data to a different partition

I would greatly appreciate some help. Originally the server was poorly designe with exchange and dtools on the same partion. As a result space is running out. I would hate to move exchange. Dtools will give me enough space if I move it to a different partition.

Although I see SQL installed, I don't see SQL Manager. Anyone has done this and could share the info, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
