We are unable to use SI 4.5 after several attempts to reinstall in Windows Server 2003 platform (workstation) and receive the "SOAP is not installed" message.

Also, registration key will not work as key was not de-activated before m/board failure.

This has appeared on forum before with no answer besides "contact tech support". We have sent two emails but without reply.

Anyone help out there? Thanks

Hate to tell you this, but you'll need support on the SOAP issue... Server 03 is missing some SOAP files that support can just pop right in and install... also, they'll give you a hand with the key.
