Turn off HeadEnd Question for ALL Projects - D-Tools Forum

I want to have ALL New Jobs to DEFAULT to NOT asking the "Head End" question for wire added to the project, without having to go and DESELECT the "Display HeadEnd Dialog..." question for each specific project AFTER it is created. Is there a way to set the default so the question isn't asked for ALL new jobs.

We are currently just using Text version, not Visio, so we do not want the question all the time at this time related to headend items.

Go to the SETUP tab and select Phase setup. Select the rough in phase and edit. Notice in the Headend Prompt, turn it off.

In DataMatrix, Slect D-Tools from menu > Options > General Tab, then deselect the "Display HeadEnd Dialog when adding wire to the DataMatrix". This will turn it off for only that project. If you want to save that feature, then hit the "Save Default" button to the right on that screen.

Under v 4.6 I went to Setup Tab, Project Phases and selected Rough-In for Edit. On the form, there was no "HeadEnd Prompt" to turn off, just an "Action:" drop-down list that included "HeadEnd, WireConnect, No Action" list items. I changed the selection FROM HeadEnd TO NoAction; however, this didn't work. Whenever I pull in a speaker with a wire accessory, I still get the HeadEnd question. Did I miss something?

I forgot to mention you need to turn the promt off in the projects also and save as default.
