Default Purpose of choosing "headend" when adding wires to a wire assembly

I am setting up a new wire assembly called "HD video pre-wire". This consists of 12 serial RG-59 and two cat5e for video displays. The way this is used sometimes has the headend in the local room and other times in the house headend. When I am setting up this package I am prompted to choose a headend for each wire I add. What does this choice affect in the rest of the project? It seems as though I must make a choice instead of leaving it blank so I am not sure what to do. I am in the beginning "throes" of setting up the software and seem to be coming upon questions at each turn along the way!

One other thing regarding this package- currently when I drag it into visio all of the wires appear individually (plan view). how do I correct this?

Check out the help video's section in the forum and watch the Bundled cable video. I think that will answer your question.

I created a bundled cable package for a room audio application that has a 16-4/ cat5e bundle cable. however, when I drag it onto the drawing it does not automatically drag the generic accessories (wires). where can I change this setting?

Open the Parent item and then go to edit the accessory. Once you select the accessory and hit EDIT, the next box that pops up will have a shapes button. Select the shapes button and that is were you tell D-Tools if you want an accessory shape to drop and were you can change the shape.
