I know you can set a default cable length globally, I also believe you can set a Cable Specific Default Wire Length but cant find how or where.

If you have a Rough In cable in a package then you can pre set its length.

Or, you can assign a wire to the Finish phase and charge based on a pre set length. IE: 100ft cable sells for X.

This will be changed from being phase specific in V5.
