Default Using Manufacturer Part Number in QuickBooks

We could use your help.

As many of you may know, many vendors prefer that you use Part# rather than, or in addition to, Model# on purchase orders. D-Tools would like to populate the QuickBooks Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) field, but at this time the QBSDK does not give us access to this field. They say that if there is enough interest, they will consider adding this capability. It would be helpful if multiple people presented this request to QuickBooks. The specific request is to add the MPN field to the SDK so that third party applications such as D-Tools could populate this field.

Your link doesn't get to where I thought it would. Where exactly should the request be posted or could you change the link to a more specific part of their forum?

You could use the above link to the GENERAL Issues forum or
