Default Good, Better, Best Scenario

What would be the best way to give a client a good, better, best proposal?

Say I want to keep the core control system, AVR, cooling etc. the same in any given plan, but want to have different speakers to chose from or less/more expensive remote to offer, etc.

How would you suggest doing from one master proposal?

Many thanks.

I normally just build the best proposal and then make a new project, clone the best proposal and adjust accordingly.

I also make large and small templates of the current products we are using to make it a faster process... But, templates can change a lot depending on how much your company changes brands...

Another way to do this: Create "Good" proposal-save & create revision, then find/replace with better options - save & create revision, then find/replace with best options. Once they are complete run delta against each project and generate a Upgrade Options Report (Rename change order report). Once the client chooses, promote the corresponding revision.--This was keeps you projects list from getting cluttered (yes, yes you can always archive or delete, but deleting gives me the heebeejeebees (ha! spell check wanted me to say cheeseparings--WTF)

Both good suggestions - Thanks.

I was thinking of creating zones or some other filterable category (best, better) and then filter accordingly.

hahaha, cheeseparings. What even is that. Oh, spellcheck...

I've never tried it this way. Might give it a shot. Thanks.
