Default Why doesn't new labor rates in setup reflect in product calcs?

Hi all -

Ok I know this seems silly, but here's my situation. I set up my labor rates by job phase and calculated my first job. After I totaled it up, I realized my labor rates were too high. Thus, I went back in and changed the labor rates in company setup again, but they will not change when I reselect the same products to see if I adjusted my labor rates properly. I have deleted packages, deleted the products themselves, restarted D-tools and restarted my PC trying to get these labor rates on the products to change but they will not change. Am I doing something wrong? It seems to me that an obvious feature would be for any products affected by the change in labor rates will auto adjust their install total however this is not the case.

Any ideas what is going on?

Just to be clear:

- you added items to a PROJECT, realized prices too high so you changed the labor rates in the Setup Tab of Navigator which updates the DATABASE.
- Went back to your PROJECT and realized the new labor rates weren't applied.

Are you not seeing the new rates affected at the project level or at the database level?

Jeff at D-tools straightened my out. Apparently once a project is created the labor rates can't be changed again unless a "Restore to default" action is performed from the Master Table. I tried that and no the rates in the project match the rates I changed in the company setup wizard.
