Is there a way to just do this for one project? I don't want to modify 13,000 products and have everyone sync that much just to fix this one issue.

Thanks for the link to the article about aggregation. I may have to play around with some parameters to get things to work right. I wish they were aggregated as long as they were identical and seperate line items if there were any differences.

Default Example

See the attached image. EVERYTHING is exactly the same between all three of these models. What is up?

Default Minor Difference there

You can see the difference in the accessory (wire) product (look closely) -

For the product shown first in the image - wire product manufacturer name is Title case i.e Cme

For the product shown second - wire product manufacturer name is Upper case i.e. CME

For the Product shown Third - Wire product with different model number
Model Number - NM-B-12/3-CU-WG-250CN

Hope it helps to solve(fix) your problem.

I know the third line item is different. But why are the tolerances so low for the grouping? The difference literally is CME v Cme. I added these items at the same time, so I don't even know why they would show up differently in the first place. I have even tried refreshing and replacing the products. But to no avail, they still are randomly coming into the project randomly with UPPER CASE & Sentence Case. Yes, I did go through and check all my case settings already.

Jordan,
Did you try the D-Tools | Update Case menu.
Check this link - Update Case - D-Tools Documentation Wiki

The Update Case will revert the Category, Manufacturer and Model case in your project to what they are in MMPD. This way they should all have the same case and your reports should work better.
