I'm having great struggle while pushing estimates to Quickbooks. The item amount in D-Tools don't match the item amount in Quickbooks, therefore my invoice number gets screwed up. I've already had customers sign off on the proposal in D-Tools, but after pushing it to Quickbooks the numbers are off. Please help! I can't find a streamlined, efficient way to figure out the discrepancies between QB and DT? Is there any wisdom you can provide for me?

The D-Tools Project items and QB Estimate should transfer at the same price.
The difference in any could be only in the tax. If your project has a tax rate 6% and you choose 3% tax for the estimate then the tax numbers could vary. The project items should transfer over with the same pricing/cost.

Maybe check with a small simple project first and see if it works as you expect.

I saw a case in support for your company were sales tax was indeed the issue with your co-worker trying to push estimates to QB. Once the same rates were used, the problem was resolved.
