Couple of questions...
Couple of things that i can't figure out.
1. Wanted to create a cover page that has the scope of work, customers name and some other stuff that I like to be inserted automatically. Is there a way to link the customers info to a drawing ala' the landscape titleframe and also the scope of work?
2. Does anyone have a "scope of work" statement list that they would share? Since my writing skills could be better, it would take awhile to put something together!
Thanks,
Fredrik

As for the reports... The Word reports are your best bet until V5. I did what you suggest for V4.6 using Crystal, but I would wait on V5 reports before making a lot of reporting modifications. Can't help on the scope of work. We create a complete requirements doc for each project. Not a lot of reuse.

Scope of work statements can be 'boilerplate' to start with and then expanded within each project to communicate the specifics of the project.
Below I have pasted in simple statements for a list of named systems that are built into The Process Best Practices STARTER Mastertable for Residential Integrators.
And also I have attached a document for a real project that has expanded scope and standard functional specifications within it, you can pick through this to create your own standards (highly reccommended!)
Remember that in Scope of Work, its just as important (actually more important) to define what you are not doing as it is to define what you are doing.

Thanks Kevin
I actually incorperated the list already and it is working great! Think you posted it a couple of years ago on the site.
Been picking at the "scope of work" word file for a couple of hours and it's been very helpful. Wondering if you have any other ones maybe that includes some other sub systems like security, phone, intercom etc.
Thanks again,
Fredrik
